As part of the submission procedure, authors must check off all of the following items; entries that don’t comply may be returned. The submission hasn’t been published or submitted elsewhere (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).Open Office, Microsoft Word, or RTF format is required. URLs for references are provided where possible. Single-spaced, 12-point font, italics instead of underlining (except for URLs), and images, figures, and tables inserted within the text, not at the end. Text meets Author Guidelines’ stylistic and bibliographic standards.
Before submitting your work, Please keep in mind that it is unethical and illegal to send your paper to more than one place at the same time. SRJ has the right to put the names of the researchers who will do this type of work on its website.
All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format. The suggested word count is between 4000 and 6000 words. Please use Times New Roman font, 12-point size. The paper’s format and citations must adhere to the APA manual (6th/7th edition) guidelines
The title page should:
The abstract should be between 200 and 250 words and provide a concise summary of the study’s purpose, methodology, results, and suggestions. The abstract should not include any references or lengthy explanations of acronyms.
Include three to five keywords that represent the article’s core information.
The introduction should clarify the study’s background, purpose, and why it was needed.
Provide an overview of current knowledge, helping you to identify applicable ideas, methodologies, and gaps in the existing research connected to your specific topic. A literature review entails gathering, assessing publications such as books and journal articles that pertain to your research issue and depending on the situation, the literature review may examine the sources and advise the reader on the most pertinent or relevant.
The objectives should reflect the core point of your work rather than focusing on details.
The methodology outlines the philosophical basis for your research methods, including whether you’re employing qualitative or quantitative approaches or mixed methods and why. You should know the academic background for your research methodology. Two questions should be answered. How was the data gathered? And, how was it analyzed? Direct, accurate, past-tense writing is required.
A review of the information that was gathered for the purpose of research and an interpretation of the data that was collected using logical and analytical reasoning to establish trends, patterns, and linkages are required to be included in data analysis. The data analysis section of a research paper typically consists of four major parts: a description of the data preparation process, descriptive statistics based on the experimental studies, inferential statistics based on the qualitative analysis, and quantitative studies that explain the findings and summarize the conclusion.
The Results part of a research paper includes the key findings from data collection and analysis. It summarizes the findings without bias or interpretation, preparing the reader for the Discussion section. The Results section breaks down the data to highlight its relevance to the research question (s).
In research articles, this part should describe the findings’ implications and limits. This section should explain any practical or operational issues involved in executing the study and any topics not covered elsewhere. For reviews, the body should go here, with short, useful headings. For case studies, outline the intervention’s benefits and downsides and evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness.
Your research paper’s recommendations are key to advancing your field of study. Recommendations are tips for further research. These are based on what you’ve found or would like to do. If the article is based on case studies, the conclusion should indicate what was learnt, next steps, and, if possible, contingency planning for those actions. It contains essential recommendations for improving research for all stakeholders.
